In a big vessel, boil the water, add the Tamarind pieces, sugar, and mix very well.
When the tamarind becomes soft and mashable, switch off the stove, and keep it closed for minimum 2 hrs to maximum overnight.
Mash the Tamarind very well, and strain the juice. Store this juice in refrigerator until use.
While serving, add the Rose water to the juice, add water if required, and mix very well. Serve with ice cubes. Enjjoy!!
